WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (40-2, 38 KOs) made the fourth defense of his heavyweight title with a ten round knockout of Albert Sosnowski (45-3-1, 27 KOs) at the Veltins Arena, in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
After the fight was over, there were only two names on Klitschko's mind for his next fight in the fall. The first was WBA heavyweight champion David Haye and the second is former champion Nikolai Valuev.
"I am very happy about my performance. I think everyone should applaud Albert because he did his best, but I was in great shape and I saw his mistakes and I took advantage of them. I would like to fight either David Haye or the Russian Giant [Valuev] next. I would really like to fight Haye next because I want his title. All he does is talk trash about other fighters. I would really like to get him in the ring to shut his big mouth," Klitschko said.
