Former welterweight world champion Ricardo “El Matador” Mayorga (31-8-1, 25 KOs) returned to the ring on Saturday night in Managua, Nicaragua. The popular 41-year-old stopped unheralded Andrik “Loco” Saralegui (7-2, 5 KOs) from Mexico, who didn’t come out for round five.

In round two, Mayorga dropped his hands and dared his GREEN-haired opponent to attack him. In round three Mayorga stood in the corner with his arms folded and allowed Saralegui to hit him. In round four, Mayorga came out intent on doing some damage, then midway he began to taunt Saralegui. At the end of the round, Mayorga unleashed a barrage of punches that put Saralegui on the canvas.
